So my lovelies.. 'sup?
Oct. 6th, 2023 07:34 am Well, I'm about to get some water and take my insulin. 4.4 mmols/l is my score today. :) Right on target. It's usually this low in the morning, bc I have been fasting overnight. Cherie at the diabetes clinic says if I feel weak, (which I do a bit this morning), I should add peanut butter to my toast, bc usually, I just have butter... but that's it. :/
It rained last night, but then again, I didn't hear jack bc I sleep like the dead... my weather widget says high winds soon and 15c and cloudy. It looks cloudy alright but it isn't windy yet. Temps are dropping... uno momento, gotta turn off the a/c and open the window.... brb!

Sorry, the water tastes like wet dog :( Smells kind of off too. But that could just be Julz who reeks of b.o. Thankfully Liz comes today. Last week she and her special friend went to see Saw X, now Liz is in her 60's and doesn't like that type of stuff so she was tricked in a way??
I had better start my day... I need to get dressed and shoot myself up with insulin. Joy.
Why does my mug smell like fag smoke????? *casts evil eye upwards to L.W.'s room. She had better not be smoking and drinking out of my cup!!!
Anyways, enough procrastinating! Let's go!!!
